Hey everyone,
Last week, I gave a webinar to Oxford Law students.
In December, I’ll teach in Warsaw.
At the beginning of 2026, I will be at a university in Paris.
Oxford Law Society
I hosted a webinar with the Oxford Law Society to help students understand what it really means to work in football.
Universities give you theory.
But I believe students must understand as early as possible what the real world looks like.
For the session, I invited three great guests:
Marian Mihail, General Counsel at FC Rapid 1923
Hazem Elsaidy, sports lawyer at Munoz and Arias
Alessandro Carlini, agent and football entrepreneur
All three shared valuable, practical insights.
The kind of knowledge that can genuinely shape a student’s path and future decisions.
If you’d like to organize something similar, feel free to reach out.

Warsaw
In December, I’ll head to Warsaw, where I’ll give a course at the Kozminski University.
Polish football keeps growing, and so do the ambitions of Polish students.
It’s going to be another great experience.
Football Legacy
One of my goals with everything I create, newsletters, podcasts, and courses, is to bring fans and future professionals closer to the football industry.
I want to lower the barriers of entry.
Football needs sharp, driven people.
And I’m sure that among these students are future executives, lawyers, and decision-makers who will make the game better.
That’s why I love these opportunities to connect with the next generation.
So tell me, students or not… are you taking any courses right now?
Because personal growth is everything.
At any age.
See you tomorrow,
Federico
